Privacy policy

What this is

This is the website privacy policy for Nona Clinical IT, LLC ("we," "us"). It covers information collected through this website (nonaclinicalit.com) only. For client engagements, HIPAA/BAA-governed terms apply and take precedence over this policy where there is a conflict.

What we collect

• Information you give us through the contact form (name, role, email, phone, organization, the message you write). We use it to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it.
• Standard server logs when you visit (IP address, browser user agent, request paths, timestamps). Used for security and performance monitoring.
• Analytics if and when we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool. We will not deploy Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar behavior-tracking systems without updating this policy and disclosing it clearly.

PHI

Please do not include Protected Health Information (PHI) in the contact form or in any unsolicited email. If you need to share clinical or patient details, we'll establish a HIPAA-compliant channel first.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months in our email system, then deleted unless they have become part of an active engagement (in which case retention follows the engagement's records-management policy).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it by emailing hello@nonaclinicalit.com.

Updates

If we change this policy in a way that meaningfully affects how we handle your information, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify recent contacts.
